【摘要】:ThispartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodofdeterminingthecolouristicpropertiesofatestpigmentrelativetoastandard,andtheeaseofdispersionDHPVC-Pofpigmentsfromthedifferencesincolourstrengthondispersingcolouringmaterialsundervariousconditionsinplasticizedpolyvinylchloride(PVC-P)compounds.Themethodisappropriateforusewithorganicandinorganicblackandcolourpigmentsandforpigmentpreparations.Theeaseofdispersiondeterminedinthiswayisvalidonlyforthedispersionequipment,dispersionconditionsanddispersionmediumbeingused.Theuseoftestconditionsdifferingfromthosespecifiedmaygivedifferentresults;thisappliesbothtotheabsolutemagnitudeandtotherelationbetweenvaluesoftheeaseofdispersionofvariouspigments.ThesubscriptDHPVC-PisthereforeusedtodesignatethevalueobtainedasspecifiedinthispartofthisEuropeanStandard.Theprincipleofthisstandardmayalsobeusedforroutinequalitycontrolpurposesbyreferencetothephotometricdatageneratedfromthesheetsmilledat130℃.Forqualitycontrolpurposes,theratioofpigmenttoTiO2maybeagreedbetweentheinterestedparties.Ratiosof1:10fororganicpigmentsand0,2to0,5:1forinorganicpigmentsaresuggestedasconvenientandwidelyusedstandardratios.AnnexAisinformativeandgivesadescriptionofasuitablebasiccompound.
