【摘要】:TheaimofthispartofISO230istostandardizemethodsoftestingtheaccuracyofmachinetools,operatingeitherunderno-loadorunderfinishingconditions,bymeansofgeometricandmachiningtests.Themethodsmayalsobeappliedtoothertypesofindustrialmachineswheregeometricandmachiningtestsareconcerned.ThispartofISO230coverspower-drivenmachines,notportablebyhandwhileworking,whichcanbeusedformachiningmetal,wood,etc.byremovalofchipsorswarforbyplasticdeformation.ThispartofISO230relatesonlytothetestingofgeometricaccuracy.Inparticular,itdealsneitherwiththeoperationaltestingofthemachinetool(vibrations,stick-slipmotionofcomponents,etc.)norwiththecheckingofcharacteristics(speeds,feeds),asthesechecksshouldnormallybecarriedoutbeforetestingoftheaccuracyofthemachinetool.Whenameasurementmethodnotdescribedinthisstandardcanbeshowntoofferequivalentorbetterfacilitiesformeasuringtheattributestobestudied,suchamethodmaybeused.
