【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportisapplicabletoenclosedspeedreducersandincreasersforindustrialapplications,wherethedesignsincludespur,helical,herringboneordoublehelicalgearsandtheircombinationinsingleormultistagedrives.ThisTechnicalReportprovidesamethodbywhichgeardrivedesignscanbecomparedandselected.Itisnotintendedtoassureperformanceofassembledgeardrivesystems.Itisintendedforusebyexperiencedgeardesignerscapableofselectingreasonablevaluesforthefactors,basedonperformanceknowledgeofsimilardesignsandtheeffectsofsuchitemsaslubrication,deflection,manufacturingtolerances,metallurgy,residualstressandsystemdynamics.Itisnotintendedforusebytheengineeringpublicatlarge.Maintaininganacceptabletemperatureintheoilsumpofanenclosedgeardriveiscriticaltothelifeofthegeardrive.Therefore,thisTechnicalReportforenclosedgeardrivesconsidersnotonlythemechanicalratingbutalsothethermalrating.TheratingmethodsandinfluencesidentifiedinthisTechnicalReportarelimitedtoencloseddrivesofsingleandmultiplestagedesignswherethepitchlinevelocitiesdonotexceed35m/sandpinionspeedsdonotexceed4500r/min.InthisTechnicalReport,gearteethratingiscoveredonlyaslimitedbytoothrootbendingandcontactpressure.ThisTechnicalReportdoesnotcoverthedesignandapplicationofepicyclicdrives.ItisbeyondthescopeofthisTechnicalReporttopresentadetailedanalysisofefficiency.AnnexesAtoFcanbeusedtomakeamoredetailedanalysisofcertainratingfactors.
