【摘要】:Furaniccompoundsaregeneratedbythedegradationofcellulosicmaterialsusedinthesolidinsulationsystemsofelectricalequipment.Furaniccompoundswhichareoilsolubletoanappreciabledegreewillmigrateintotheinsulatingliquid.Highconcentrationsorunusualincreasesintheconcentrationsoffuraniccompoundsinoilmayindicatecellulosedegradationfromagingorincipientfaultconditions.TestingforfuraniccompoundsmaybeusedtocomplementdissolvedgasinoilanalysisasperformedinaccordancewithTestMethodD3612.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthedeterminationinelectricalinsulatingliquidsofproductsofthedegradationofcellulosicmaterialssuchaspaper,pressboard,andcottonmaterialstypicallyfoundasinsulatingmaterialsinelectricalequipment.Thesedegradationproductsaresubstitutedfuranderivatives,commonlyreferredtoasfuraniccompoundsorfurans.Thistestmethodallowseitherliquid/liquidorsolidphaseextraction(SPE)ofthefuraniccompoundsfromthesamplematrixfollowedbyanalysisforspecificfuraniccompoundsbyHPLCordirectinjectionforanalysisofspecificfuraniccompoundsbyHPLC.1.2Theindividualfuraniccompoundsthatmaybeidentifiedandquantifiedincludethefollowing:5-hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehydefurfurylalcohol2-furaldehyde2-acetylfuran5-methyl-2-furaldehyde
