【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesatestmethodtodeterminetheabilityofacuredadhesive(ifnecessarywithaprimer)toadheretoasubstratewithacertainsurfacefinish,orwhichhasbeensubjectedtoaspecificsurfacepreparation,usingthe"three-pointbendingmethod".Thisstandardisonlyapplicabletoqualityassuranceandonlytosubstrateswhicharerigidorresistantenoughtobending,suchassteeloraluminiumalloys.Forothersubstrates,thethicknessisadjustedtothemodulusofelasticityorasuitablestiffenerisused.Theadhesiveisallowedtocurewithouttheapplicationofpressureinordertoobtainthethicknessneededtoprovidesufficientrigidity,otherwiseabondedreinforcingpieceofthesamematerialandthesamethicknessasthesubstrateissubstitutedfortheblockofadhesive.Thistestmethodisnotsuitableforfilmadhesives.
