【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthetechnicaldeliveryconditionsforsteeldrill-pipeswithupsetpipe-bodyendsandweld-ontooljointsforuseindrillingandproductionoperationsinpetroleumandnaturalgasindustriesforthreeproductspecificationlevels(PSL-1,PSL-2andPSL-3).TherequirementsforPSL-1formthebasisofthisInternationalStandard.TherequirementsthatdefinedifferentlevelsofstandardtechnicalrequirementsforPSL-2andPSL-3areinAnnexG.ThisInternationalStandardcoversthefollowinggradesofdrill-pipe:--gradeEdrill-pipe;--high-strengthgradesofdrill-pipe,gradesX,GandS.Atypicaldrill-pipeconfigurationisgiven,showingmainelementsandlengths(seeFigureB.1).Themaindimensionsandmassesofthegradesofdrill-pipearegiveninbothSIunits(seeTableA.1)andinUSCunits(seeTableC.1).ThisInternationalStandardcanalsobeusedfordrill-pipewithtooljointsnotspecifiedbyISOorAPIstandards.Byagreementbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturer,thisInternationalStandardcanalsobeappliedtootherdrill-pipebodyand/ortool-jointdimensions.ThisInternationalStandardlistssupplementaryrequirementsthatcanoptionallybeagreedbetweenpurchaserandmanufacturer,fortesting,performanceverificationandnon-destructiveexamination(seeAnnexE).ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotconsiderperformanceproperties.NOTE1InthisInternationalStandard,drill-pipeisdesignatedbylabel1,label2,gradeofmaterial.(E,X,GandS),upsettypeandtypeofrotaryshoulderedconnection.Designationsareusedforthepurposeofidentificationinordering.NOTE2ReferencecanbemadetoISO10424-2orAPISpec7-2forthedetailedrequirementsforthethreadingofdrill-pipetooljoints.NOTE3ReferencecanbemadetoAPIRP7Gfortheperformancepropertiesofthedrill-pipe.
