【摘要】:Epoxyresinsystemsusedintherepairofcompositeskinsandwichpanelsfordurable,rigidwall,relocatablesheltersmusthaveacombinationofmechanicalpropertylevelsandenvironmentalresistancethatwillassurelong-termdurabilityoftheskinsandtheskin-to-coreadhesivebondswhenexposedtosevereclimaticexposures.Inaddition,theseepoxymaterialsmusthaveprocessabilitycharacteristicsthatpermittheiruseinavarietyofrepairscenariosandenvironments.IntendedUse8212;Epoxysystemsconformingtothisspecificationareintendedforuseintherepairofhoneycombpanelsatthemaintenancefieldlevel.ThematerialisintendedforusewithSAE-AMS-C-9084glasscloth.Thisisaprocurementcontroldocumentfortheprocurementoftheepoxysystemanddesignersshallbeawarethatthetestvaluesspecifiedhereinarebasedupontestsperformedwithspecificglass-resincompositeadherendsandshallnotbeusedfordesigndata.Epoxysystemscoveredbythisspecificationarenotintendedforuseinproductionbondingofsandwichconstruction.1.1Thisspecificationcoverstherequirementsforanepoxyresinsystemintendedfortherepairofsandwichpanelsfordurable,rigidwall,relocatablestructures.Itmustbeusableinafieldenvironmentandshallnotrequiretheuseofspecialequipmentsuchasautoclavesorpresses.Theepoxysystemcoveredbythisspecificationshallbeusableforsimultaneousimpregnationofawet-layupcompositeskinandbondingofthatskintoasubstratehoneycombcore.Thematerialshallwithstandexposuretotemperaturesfromx2212;54to93x00B0;C(x2212;65to199x00B0;F)andhighrelativehumidity,andalsothecombinationofstress,temperature,andrelativehumiditythatareexpectedtobeencounteredinservice.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandardwhereonlySIunitsaregivenorwhereSIunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbyinch-poundunits;whereinch-poundunitsaregivenfirstfollowedbySIunits,theinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thefollowingsafetyhazardscaveatrefersonlytothetestmethodsdescribedinthisspecification.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
