【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62317specifiesthedimensionsthatareofimportanceformechanicalinterchangeabilityforE-coreswithrectangularcross-sectionmadeofferrite,thedimensionsofcoilformerstobeusedwiththem,andtheeffectiveparametervaluestobeusedincalculationsinvolvingthem.Theselectingcoresizestothisstandardisbasedonthephilosophyofincludingthosesizes,whichareindustrialstandards,eitherbyinclusioninnationalstandards,orbybroad-baseduseinindustry.SeeIEC62317-1formoredetailconcerningthephilosophyofselectingcoresizestobeincluded.NOTECorescoveredbythisstandardareintendedforgeneralapplicationsatbothlowandhighfluxdensities,buttheyalsofindusesinspecialapplicationssuchaspulsetransformers.Theyaregenerallyusedinpairs.Whilstthemainapplicationofthisstandardisexpectedtobeforferritecores,itsvalidityforironpowdercoresshouldnotbeoverlooked.CoilformersarenotspecifiedforE-coressmallerthanE8/2,whicharealsousedinSMDassemblies.Theuseof“derived”standards,whichgiveamoredetailedspecificationofcomponentpartswhilststillpermittingcompliancewiththisstandard,isdiscussedinAnnexA.

【摘要】:Thesuccessorfailureofanyattempttoforcefullypenetrateafencesystemisdependentuponthreeprimaryfactorsthatcollectivelydefinethethreatthetoolsanddevicesemployed,thenumberofaggressors,andtheirlevelofsophistication.Normally,atestprocedureofthisscopewouldbesupportedbyyearsoflaboratorytestingintendedtoqualifyandaccuratelyreproducethedestructiveeffectsofavarietyoftools,implements,anddevices.However,rapidlychangingsocialconditionshavecreatedanimmediateneedforbuildingcomponentsresistanttoevolvingforcedentrytechniques.Accordingly,theprocedurespresentedhereinarebasedmoreonfieldexperiencethanlaboratoryanalysis.Theyaremorerepresentativethaninclusive,areintendedtoprovideabasisforthecomparativeevaluationofdifferentfencesystemsusingforcedpenetrationprocedures,ballistictestsandimpacttesting,andarenotprimarilyintendedtobeusedtoestablishorconfirmtheabsolutepreventionofforcedentries.1.1TheforcedentryresistanceoffencesystemsisevaluatedrelativetothreelevelsofforcedentrythreatusingthelimitedhandtoolinventoryoutlinedinTable1.Italsoestablishesasystemforratingtheforcedentryresistanceofthosesystems(seeTable2).Thetoolsspecifiedtobeusedfortestingateachthreatlevelarethosethatareknowntohaveamaximumdestructiveeffectonstructuresandtheirsub-assembliesandarereadilyavailabletoaggressorscategorizedasposingthatlevelofthreat.1.1.1LowThreatLevel(L)8212;Specificallyexemptedfromtheinventoryofavailabletoolsforthelow(L)threatlevelcategoryarepowertools(gasoline,electricorhydraulic),anddevicesrequiringmorethanonepersontotransportandoperate.1.1.2MediumThreatLevel(M)8212;Specificallyexemptedfromtheinventoryofavailabletoolsforthemedium(M)threatlevelcategoryarepowertoolsrequiringanoutsidepowersourceorselfcontainedgasolineorbatterydriventoolsanddevicesrequiringmorethantwopersonstotransportandoperate.1.1.3AggressiveThreatLevel(A)8212;Specificallyexemptedfromtheinventoryofavailabletoolsforthehigh(H)threatlevelcategoryaredevicesrequiringmorethantwopersonstotransportandoperate.1.2TheabilityofafencesystemtoofferprotectionfrombulletsfiredfromarifleorhandgunwouldbebeneficialparticularlyinBorderFenceareaswheresecuritypersonnelcanbetargetsduringpatrolactivities.Accordingly,alimitedtestusinga.38Specialhandgunanda7.62-mmrifleisperformedtodetermineifanylevelofprotectionisprovidedbythefencesystem.1.3Theabilityofafencesystemtoprovideimpactresistancefroma4000poundmassvehiclemovingatavelocityof20MPHatamodestcostwillproviderelativeguidanceastothestrengthofasecurityfencesysteminresistinglowimpactsituations.
