【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivestherequirementsforsleevinghavingthepropertyofexpandingitsinternaldiameterwhencompressedlongitudinallyandthereafterreturningtoitsinitialdiameterafterreleaseofthecompressingforce.Thisexpandablebraidedtextilesleeving,uncoated,isconstructedofethylenechlorotrifluoroethylene(E-CTFE)monofilamentyarnssuitablyprocessedtoprovidethemechanicalabilitytoconforminthemannerdescribedabove.Thesesleevingshavebeenfoundsuitableforuseattemperaturesupto155C.Thissleevingisnormallysuppliedininternaldiametersbetween6mmand63mmandinthreelevelsofwallthickness(thin(sheet343),medium(sheet344),andthick(sheet345)).Itisnormallysuppliedinthefollowingcolours:black,white,brown,red,orange,yellow,green,blue,grey,andnatural.Becauseofitsopenconstruction,thissleevingisnormallyusedtoprovideair-spaceinsulation.Therefore,norequirementforbreakdownvoltageisspecifiedinthisstandard.(Anyvalueforthispropertyshouldbegiveninthepurchasecontract,butatypicalvalueis1,5kV/mmwallthickness,althoughalinearrelationshipcannotbeassumed.)However,itservestoprovidemechanicalprotectiontocircuitcomponentssuchaswires,sleeves,andflatcableoverwhichitisappliedasacontainingwraporharness.Materialswhichconformtothisspecificationmeetestablishedlevelsofperformance.However,theselectionofamaterialbyauserforaspecificapplicationshouldbebasedontheactualrequirementsnecessaryforadequateperformanceinthatapplicationandnotbasedonthisspecificationalone.
